AIPEX Tires – Limited Warranty Policy
At AIPEX Tires, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable tires designed for safety, performance, and durability. To register your tire(s), please fill out the Registration Form. To ensure customer satisfaction, we back our products with the following Limited Warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage
AIPEX Tires are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of manufacture or within the first 2/32″ of tread wear, whichever occurs first.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the tire and is non-transferable.
2. What Is Covered
If an AIPEX tire becomes unserviceable due to a manufacturer’s defect within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
Replace the tire free of charge if the defect occurs within the first 2/32″ of tread wear.
Offer a pro-rated credit toward the purchase of a replacement tire if more than 2/32″ of tread has been used.
The pro-rated amount will be based on the remaining usable tread depth.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
Road hazards (e.g., potholes, nails, glass)
Improper installation or maintenance, tire alteration, or improper storage
Extremely harsh environment or ozone effects
Overloading or under-inflation
Off-road use (unless specified as off-road tires)
Misalignment or mechanical defects of the vehicle
Racing or competition use
Fire, accident, chemical explosion, or vandalism
Weather cracking after 1 year from date of manufacture
Carrying loads or running at speeds higher than the load and speed index marked on the tire sidewalls.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim:
Return the tire to an authorized AIPEX Tires dealer.
Provide the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
Allow the dealer to inspect the tire and confirm eligibility.
If you are not near an authorized AIPEX Tires dealer, ship the tire(s) back to us for review and fill out the Registration Form for proof of purchase.
*Note: The customer is responsible for any applicable mounting, balancing, shipping, or service charges.
5. Disclaimer
This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AIPEX Tires shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
